If you are not satisfied with Flowtopsy Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. No questions asked.
Email flowtopsy2026@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout, or contact Paddle, the merchant of record, and ask for a refund. Paddle provides customer service for orders and handles returns.
Subscriptions
Pro renews monthly at $12 or yearly at $99 until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. A refund inside the 30-day window ends the subscription. After that window, cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period you already paid for ends.
Checkout
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
